Sustainable bin manufacturing:
The bins are made from a 100% recycled regranulate created via a grinding process from discarded and defective bins. For every ton of regranulate used, around one ton of CO2 is saved compared to when the raw material is newly produced.

The new XXL bin W-KLT®2.0 6429 has the largest volume compared to the existing W-KLT®2.0 (Würth small load carrier 2.0), which is based on the VDA standard.
The W-KLT®2.0 6429 fits in all excisting bin sizes of the W-KLT®2.0 (2115, 4315, 4115). In addition, the bin scores with a particularly large side flap for the direct removal of the items from the shelf without having to remove the bin. This enables you to save time and facilitates the handling of large-volume items.

W-KLT®2.0 - Würth small load carrier 2.0 is now available as a sustainable bin in all existing sizes.
It is the first sustainable kanban-bin in the market place consisting about 30 percent of the bio-based content S²PC (Sustainable Sunflower Plastic Compound).
Sunflower fibers are the ecological compontent of the granulate to reduce your carbon footprint in the production.
