2003Würth Industrie France S.A.S. is created
Former “Industrial Division” of Würth France S.A., present on the French industrial market for more than 15 years, Würth Industrie France becomes an independent company within the Würth Group.
Würth Industrie France begins the cooperation with its sister company Würth Industrie Service in Bad Mergentheim in Germany, which becomes the European Logistic Platform.
The first turnover of the newly independent company Würth Industrie France stands at €10.6 million.
2004Implementation of SAP.
2005Würth Industrie France obtains the ISO 9001 : 2000 certification.
2006The firm makes a turnover of €16.6 million, which represents an increase of 27% compared to 2005 (€13 million).
The goal of 20 new Kanban customers is achieved.
Würth Industrie France employs more than 60 persons.
2007Based on the growth of the company and after the agreement of the managers of the Group, Würth Industrie France relocates in August in its new head office in Erstein-Krafft.
At the end of the year, Würth Industrie France employs 72 persons, including 42 employees working in the head office.
The company makes a turnover of €23.4 million, which represents an increase of more than 40% compared to 2006.
The goal of 25 new Kanban customers is achieved.
2008With a turnover of €28.7 million and an increase of 22% compared to the previous year, 2008 is the third consecutive year, during which the goals have been achieved.
82 persons are employed by Würth Industrie France.
2009Würth Industrie France manages to limit the impact of the economic crisis, which hits the industry as a whole.
The increase of the number of customers, including 30 new Kanban customers, is a proof of the attractiveness of our services.
At the end of the year, Würth Industrie France employs 76 persons and works with more than 100 Kanban customers.
2010With a turnover of €28.2 million, Würth Industrie France comes " brack to growth". This result represents an increase of 23.3% compared to the last year.
The company subscribes 23 new logistics contacts, and employs more than 85 persons
2011The company achieves a record: the turnover reaches €37 million which represents an increase of 31.2% compared to 2010.
By end 2011 Würth Industrie France adds up 130 kanban customers.
The work force is composed by 95 persons.
2012Würth Industrie France counts over 100 employees and its turnover has reached 40 Mio euros. The number of Kanban customers was 170 at the end of 2012.
2012 was also the year of manufacture of a new series of Kanban bins w-klt2.0 as well as the launch of the Orsymat3.0, an innovating system for distributing consumables.
2013The 1st of April 2013, Würth Industrie France celebrated its 10th anniversary as an independent company in the Würth Group.
After the acquisition of the building in 2012, Würth Industrie France started important renovation work in order to adapt its head office with a growing workforce which now counts 105 employees. The head office also invested in two new parking lots as well a new entry and a brand new showroom. By attaining 42.2 mio. Euros, the turnover has grown by more than 5%. The number of Kanban clients increased to 180.
2014In the year 2014, Würth Industrie France achieved sales of 43.2 million euros; namely, a 2.5% progression compared to the preceding year. At the end of December, the society counted 108 employees.
Two innovations were brought to our logistical solutions, to care for our industrial clients:
- W-KLT®Clip and CLIP-O-FLEX®. These are two flexible attachment systems, conceived for your workstation’s individualized organization, in view of production’s processes optimization.
- In the same time, we were developing our Kanban solutions with the installation of our first RFID® equipped systems, to go beyond in real time supplying.
2015The year 2015 was marked by the installation of the first vending machines ORSY®mat in France, the comprehensive concept for operating suppliers. Würth Industrie France reaches a turnover of 44 million euros and counts 109 employees at the end of the year.
